The notebook contains films created from the Blackburn laboratory with x-rays inside the notebook. The notebook begins with a gel study on titrations, using a T2G4 DNA Sequence with an open screen. The second in the series of titration studies used Hep and oligonucleotides. IV 106 used (G4T2)2 with Grieder noting Guanine and Thymadine. In IV 108, Grieder notes that no oligonucleotides, creating no columns and bands. From invitro experiment 111 to 114 and IV 121, (T2G4)4 combined with pBR enzyme that was preincubated created dark bands. The IV 127 gel study ran it alongside a processivity through a 20 minute test, the other was a competition test, as referred to earlier in a previous series. IV 135 was a open screen gel study using pBR enzyme and Oligonucleotides. An interesting note, IV 140 was exposed for five days using both Tetrahymena cells combined with Hep enzyme and another column that used HeLa cells.
