This is a notebook within a series on the methods Greider used in her experiments. The notebook begins with protocols for different cloning sequence systems for a range of uses, from rDNA to primers. It also included a Lysis Protocol for Cesium Chloride gradients, which need to be kept in ice. Grieder also kept detailed instructions regarding her protocols. The notebook also contained articles on supercoiled plasmid sequencing and photocopied pages of book: High-efficiency cloning of Full Length cDNA.
It also had a photocopied article entitled: A Simple and Very Efficient Method for Generating cDNA libraries.
